The Iraqi Baseball Federation has been founded in 2004 and it is the sole body in Iraq that controls and manages Baseball in accordance to the rules of IBAF.
The Iraqi Baseball Federation has 19 clubs which exercise the Baseball in Iraq, 6 clubs in Baghdad, 5 Clubs in the north of Iraq and 8 Clubs in the south of Iraq. There are 7 Branch Federations distributed throughout Iraq.
Iraqi Baseball Federation is a member of National Olympic Committee of Iraq.
