Sri Lanka qualify to fight for Gold medal- West Asia Baseball Cup

Sri Lanka and Pakistan qualify for the Gold medal match while Nepal will fight with Afganistan for the Bronze medal. Mr. Moazzam Khan Chairman Punjab Baseball Association was the Chief Guest on the second day of championship. Today Sri Lanka defeated Afghanistan 15/0. Sri Lanka batters Akalanka Ranasinhe scorede 4 runs, Krishna Hapuarachchi, Nelanka Karunarathna,Supun Abeysooriya scored 2 runs each and Dampiya Mahathanthila, Iresh Kosala, Sameera Rathnayake and Wijesinghe contributed with 1 run each.
