Zhang Baoshu (張宝樹) , Head Coach of MLB Baseball Development Center in China, conducted recruitment test at a middle school in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province on October 24. 55 players from 5 baseball teams in the Autonomous Province Joined the test.
Those players who pass the rigorous testing process will have opportunities to learn baseball at the Development Center. MLB strives to build a broader base of youngsters playing baseball in China.
