SLABSA appointed the Captain and the Vice Captain of the National Baseball Team that will tour Pakistan in end November for the West Asia Baseball Championship. Iresh Kosala and Niroshan Punchihewa were named as the new Captain and Vice-Captain of the team and this was announced by SLABSA Coordinator Rajith Rathnayake at the Japan – Sri Lanka Baseball Ground at Diyagama on 5th September.
