Japan ends Bendigo Baseball challenge in Style

Japan All-Stars took the honours in the final match of the women’s international baseball challenge in Bendigo.

Japan All-Stars defeated Australia White 4-0 in Monday’s final match at Strathfieldsaye.  It was the first time for the carnival the Japan All-Stars defeated Australia White.

Australia White v Australia Green

Australia White advanced to the final match after defeating Australia Green 12-5 in the first game on Monday morning.

Saturday –  Game one: Japan All-Stars 8 d Australia Green 3. Game two: Australia White 10 d Japan All-Stars 7. Game three: Australia White 7 d Australia Green 4.

Sunday – Game one: Australia White 13 d Japan All-Stars 6. Game two: Australia Green 11 d Japan All-Stars 1. Game three: Australia Green 11 d Australia White 5

Monday – Game one: Australia Green 5 lt Australia White 12.  Game two:  Australia White 0 lt Japan 4.
